This is Bartz Klauser, the protagonist from Final Fantasy V and one of my favorite characters. He's simply Final Fantasy's "Sonic the Hedgehog", with an adventurous and positive personality that sets him apart from the vast majority of other protagonists.

This model is based on his freelancer appearance (aka his canon appearance in the game's sprite) instead of the "Amano design" used in Dissidia Final Fantasy and some mugshots from ports, simply because it's his best design.

You can try to remove the red cape, but this model was trained with several screenshots from Dissidia NT and Final Fantasy Brave Exvius and there he is always using the red cape, so it can be hard to get rid of it.
