Recommended settings:
Make sure you are aware on the usage instructions of LORA
Sampler: DPM++ SDE Karras (Recommended for best quality, you may try other samplers)
CFG Scale : 5 to 10
LORA weight for txt2img: reccomended 0.3-0.7.
Keys: cat_ears, cat_ears_hood, cat_ears_cap
Very simple to use, just use proper keyword for proper type of ears, works good with other clothing LoRAs.
cat_ears will give normal cat_ears to the subject, instead hood and cap will give a hood with cat ears and a hat with cat ears, can't be simpler.
It also works with anime, example in the posted images.
