Cindy Williams (1947–2023) was an American actress. She was best known as the Shirley half of Laverne & Shirley, a sitcom that was for a time the most popular TV show in America. A spinoff of Happy Days, it was set in 1950s Milwaukee, where the titular gals worked at a beer brewery, capping bottles, and hung out with a mysterious figure named "Squiggy." But for my money, she reached peak cuteness in two earlier (very good) films, American Graffiti and The Conversation.
