Lora Goal:

This lora aims to generate cosplayer Ely in any outfit/hairstyle. Great for controlnet or just normal gen. This is done by including over a dozen different cosplays with multiple hair styles, hair color,, eye colors and outfits. The default is brown hair, brown eyes.

Outfits:

Each picture example with long prompt is trained on at least 2 pictures of ely wearing the outfit so they are lora specific and can be reliably generated by copying the relevant tokens found in the metadata of the images. But because of the sheer variety, none of them will interfere with outfits not in the lora, I included some examples with shorter prompts at the end to showcase this.

Flaws:

The only flaw would be that bangs require a bit of effort to remove because they are always there in every picture she has. But I included an image showing it (pure work of fiction, she has no forehead) with the metadata to help remove the bangs (negative prompts (bangs:1.4)) and (forehead:1.2) in positive prompt.

Naturally upside down and completely sideways faces are no good for most Loras since it'd be weird to train those kind of pictures for one character and this one is no exception. Same with super close up face portraits, it makes the eyes blurry since most pictures are upper body or full body.

Because of images where her hands are near her face, adetailer will generated random dismembered fingers near the chin, to avoid this, use (hands,fingers:1.4) in adetailer negative, but it's a minority of images so it rarely occurs.

The training:

Was trained on chilloutmix which I found has the most similar realistic asian faces to hers. I've tested it on Majicmix as well and it will work but that model tends to make her look more korean than she is. 74 images, lots of different angles and poses. 22 repeats, 8 epochs. 768x resolution so you can generate at 768x768 or even 768x1024 which I use a lot.

My workflow:

I used 512x768 for the examples but I often like to use 768x1024 especially with controlnet to give it more pixels to work with.

And I'll use adetailer with the settings in the examples for much better faces. Euler a 20 steps gives great results, but can be random, DPM++ 2S a Karras is more predictable but requires 30 steps for solid results so I use Euler a 20 steps mostly.

You can use png info on my images to send the settings over except for enabling use seperate width/height on adetailer, it's always off at first so you have to turn it on, using 512x512 will give best results in my experience. 768x is sharper but less details for adetailer. 5 cfg is also important as the default 7 cfg can often cause burned look with artifacts.

I like to use perfectworldv4 because it often resembles how Ely displays herself while cosplaying with colorful hair, eyes and clothes.
