This is Feena from the Sega Saturn (and later Sony Playstation) jRPG Grandia. One of my favorite games and characters from back in the day. Uploading in the hopes that someone here is old enough to appreciate a hefty dose of nostalgia.
I really like the way she looks in Inzaniak's Mistoon_Anime style (the one in the main preview image). Fits her 90s anime aesthetic well.
