Guān Jiàng Shǒu is the deity of the Taiwanese hell police in the World of Dead. There are two generals, "Increase" and "Diminish," who oversee the deeds of good and evil in the human world. If General Increase encounters a virtuous person, their lifespan will be extended, whereas General Diminish will diminish the life force of those who commit evil deeds. During the annual grand worship ceremony in Xinzhuang, the Great Lord leads the procession, serving as the commanding general of the underworld soldiers and spirits. Additionally, they are responsible for protecting the main deity and warding off malevolent spirits. Due to their role as the leading general of the underworld soldiers, they are referred to as "官將首" (Guān Jiàng Shǒu) or "Official General's Head."
