This is a LoRA of Luna from the Zero Escape series. You should try out a weight that works best for you, probably something around 0.6 to 1.
She can wear any outfit you want, but if you need her default clothes, prompt lunaze, side buns, sidelocks, dress, necklace
As we get further into the Zero Escape series, characters often tend to have less and less fanart to train from, which is a shame.
