Neelam Kothari is an Indian actress from the late 80s, early 90s. She was also a Miss India, but played a lot of roles where she was the cute girl next door.
These images have an 80s look to them because the base images were from the 80s and then upscaled without any color correction. I actually like the effect, but understand if it's not for everyone.
Because they were upscaled, the teeth can be a little funny. So recommend suppressing teeth in the negative prompts.
