这是群星再世第七十三期，以后会不定期出去世的群星Lora，以纪念他们。
戎祥被大陆观众熟知，是在《疯狂的赛车》里饰演乌龙帮老大“东海”，又凶狠又自带搞笑成分，其他的影视作品角色也大多都是这一类型，三十多年前，戎祥的演艺生涯源于齐秦。因为他早期一直是在做齐秦的助理，或许在演艺圈受到了艺术氛围的感染，他在1991年的齐秦演唱会上正式宣布进入演艺圈。出道之初的戎祥一直制作各综艺节目，同时还是胡瓜的助理，慢慢的获得了“台湾综艺大哥”的称号。
戎祥第一次出演的作品是1995年在李修贤、张家辉主演动作片《特警急先锋》客串，虽然只是一个小配角，却将他从幕后推向了观众。后来，他在神话历史剧《布袋和尚》扮演“国师”。在这两部作品之后，戎祥又重心转移到综艺，十余年间再没有作品，综艺节目《综艺万花筒》《百战百胜》《红白胜利》《金曲龙虎榜》《欢喜玉玲珑》等均有他的主持或客串演出。也曾自组“胖子乐团”、“红孩儿乐团”、“Mr.Big乐团”，《疯狂的赛车》闽南语主题曲《浮沉的兄弟》也是由戎祥演唱。

2013年，因酗酒突发心肌梗塞去世，享年44岁。
