Nishiumi Mannenrou is a killer who belongs to a criminal group. He is Yae Hikage's partner and is obsessed with her who saved his life.
When he was a child, his mother often asked him to dress like a girl. After his mother passed away, he always cross-dresses and only wears men's clothing when he is about to kill someone.
He is actually an incubus who broke his horns in order to suppress his instincts. He fears the "Mother" who sleeps on the other side of the dream world and created their race.
