Paperman is one of my most beloved short movies ever and my most beloved Disney movie with a more mature subject...

In these roundabout 6 minutes you get beautiful animations and more importantly not (directly) visible 3d art combined with no dialogues. But even without words it has a nice story... If you haven't seen it yet, I highly recommend it. I think I have enough training material for a style LoRA. But first I wanted to do a pure character LoRA for Meg (the woman in the story)... So I will eventually create a style LoRA, but for that I need to tag ALL my collected training data first (this 6 minute film resulted in 190 different images altogether...)

Training

Of those 190 shots, 79 were just for Meg. Thanks to the fact that the background in the station scenes is moving, I was able to get a lot of shots of her gestures and facial expressions without having problems with background stuff sticking to the character :D
