There's a strong tendency for the realistic side to lean into "older" facial features, like wrinkles which I'm curious to know what caused that. I recommend playing around with some prompts as I did, such as [chibi:0.5] which causes the first 50% of the render steps to follow the chibi token, and adding dimples to the negative prompt. It sounds weird, but it's worth a shot!
