I recommend weight around ~0.8.
You can prompt her regular outfit with "jacket" and "scarf" or "red scarf" pretty consistently, or her special outfit with "green jacket" and "green scarf".
Use "playboy bunny" for her Halloween costume.
It really wants to turn everything she's wearing into a skin tight suit. Try putting "covered navel" and/or "see through" in the negative prompt when you have trouble generating normal clothes, but it doesn't always work.
