LoRA works best at a resolution of 768. Using negatives and quality enhancing prompts may break LoRA. I haven't tested the effect of refiner, but don't set it to more than 0.5. Simple prompts give a better result. Put LoRA first, then the keyword, then the prompt. Good luck!!!
