Usage:
You'll need the '80's anime style' or '90's anime style' to summon the retro look that you're looking for :)

VAE:

You may want to use the Anything V4 VAE with this one, as noted by user 'TonyUnreal' - thanks Tony!!
A VAE gives it a crisp color and will have less artifacts.
If you want a more retro look, don't use the VAE.
