Trigger word is "liscia" and "blonde hair, low ponytail, brown eyes" is required.
Add "hairclip, hair bow, black ascot, red coat, epaulettes, long sleeves, military uniform, red skirt, white pants, brown boots" for her typical look.
Replace "low ponytail" with "short hair" for her alternate hairstyle.
