Uroya-ke Swamp is a mysterious wetland with a depth of about 147 feet and spanning about 1,400 acres, surrounded by majestic mountains. The water in the swamp is highly transparent with a clear blue hue, and ripples occasionally appear on its surface. In the center of the swamp, there is a small island on which an ancient shrine stands.

Every year, residents from surrounding villages gather at Uroya-ke Swamp to celebrate the traditional event known as the Dilatant Fluid Festival. The highlight of this festival is the Sovereign Summit Style Super Secret Dance. Chosen warriors hide a spear on their backs and showcase the skills they have honed through rigorous training.

At the climax of the festival, the warriors appear before the gathered crowd. Simultaneously, they draw their spears from their backs and throw them vigorously into the air. The warrior whose spear spins multiple times in the air and travels the farthest distance is declared the winner of the year. A special prayer is offered for the winner, wishing for a bountiful harvest and the health of their family.

At the conclusion of the festival, participants and spectators indulge in a lavish feast and dance the night away by the swamp. The Dilatant Fluid Festival is a cherished occasion for the local community, where ancient traditions and pride continue to thrive.
