David Goodsell is known for his distinctive watercolor paintings of viruses, bacteria, and cells at the molecular level. His style is so beloved that even some viewers for visualizing chemical structures have a "Goodsell" setting that makes the proteins look like they were painted by Goodsell.
This LoRA was trained on a set of images that Goodsell has provided under the CC-BY-4.0 license, available at https://pdb101.rcsb.org/sci-art/goodsell-gallery.
The best values to use depend on the base model being used. Some models are very sensitive to this LoRA while others are quite resistant. But in general:
low values cause the LoRA to act like a detailer
medium values will cause the LoRA to depict the prompt subject matter in the style of Goodsell
high values will cause the LoRA to ignore the prompt and just produce an image resembling both the style and subject matter of Goodsell's paintings
Detail LoRAs (like add_detail and more_detail) and negative embeddings don't always play nicely with this LoRA.
