I retrained the stock characters who weren't working with some tweaks - I realised the majority of the problem was the training dataset. By cropping the images more, I manage to get a more reliable less-naked character.
Noah's concept was basically the big guy in a biker bar. I couldn't get the full beard his training data goes with, but otherwise, he's got a lot of character.
