This one was very tricky, did more than 11 tries to finally have a version that halfway works. It always went from "doesn't look like him at all" to seriously overtrained in the next epoch.
SD 1.5 isn't very good with old men and smoking characters in general. It likes to put cigarettes all over the place and combined with the issue with hands this is a combination for disaster.
So don't expect this to work every time. Prepare for many tries or inpainting to get good results. ADetailer is also very recommended to improve results.
