Tengu are legendary creatures within Japanese mythology. Tengu literally means 'heavenly dog' but they are actually birdlike in appearance.
Two main types of tengu are commonly known:
Konoha tengu
These tengu are red and have elongated noses
Karasu tengu
These tengu have a corvid like appearance
This LoRa was trained on images I found of Tengu, but also some synthetic data to fill out the dataset.
When training this LoRa I attempted to use multiple triggers to create the two different types. But for some reason not all tags seem to be effective:
Konoha: This type was trained with konoha tengu, knhtng and tengu with long nose
Karasu: This type was trained with karasu tengu, krstng and crow tengu
Only tengu with long nose and crow tengu seem to work consistently, also tengu seems to work fine enough to create konoha tengu. Putting red beak in the negative prompts helps to combat the tendency of the LoRa to either give the konoha type a crooked nose, or the karasu type a red beak. Some experimenting is in order to gain the best results.
The LoRa was also trained to produce some more modern or even futuristic looking outputs.
