Generate a person with a cigarette in their mouth. This is not perfect but will assist you, may take a few generations. Recommend weight 0.6-0.8. It really only works with close-up shots.
Please note this is for just a cig in the mouth, not actual smoking, but adding smoke to the prompt can produce some good results if that's what you want.
This is difficult to perfect as all the high-quality images of this concept are watermarked, and the others that you mostly have to use are crappy selfies.
