Try starting with the exact same prompt as the examples, then change slowly. This lora does not like much negatives or long prompts
Add the lora and also "j4n3d4n13lls woman" like in the example prompts.
To have her dressed properly, add to the Negatives "naked, nipples, tattoo". This is due to the dataset available, as she is a camgirl, mostly of the images available have these, then SD learned to do tattoo for example over the clothes.
Strength starting at 0.75 is a good way to start
