It is of Glameow, my personal favorite Pokemon, but that's not important. The trigger word is "glameow", here are reinforcement tags:

dual colored fur, grey fur, white fur, green eyes, colored sclera, yellow sclera, pink eyelid, spiraled tail

Naturally there is trouble with the tail, and some minor trouble with the eyes, I have not discovered a fix for that at the moment.

If you replace "grey fur" with "purple fur" you can somewhat make a shiny.
