Turns people all noodley! I've taken a few cracks at this one and I don't think I'm going to get it to work the way I want (until technology or I improve), so maybe you all can have some fun with this for now. Be prepared to hunt / cherry pick if you want good results.
To use, start with a LoRA weight of 1 and a trigger word weight of 1. Next increase the LoRA weight .1 at a time up to 1.5 (I've found 1.3 is usually good when mixed with character LoRAs), then increase the trigger word weight .1 at a time up to 1.5. I've found the LoRA weight increases stretchiness (and starts splitting limbs) but keeps coherence, and the trigger word weight increases noodling but tends to go wild.
Once you've got it generating as well as possible, do some seed hunting / cherry picking.
Upscaling can be done at the same rates.
Seems to work more intensely in wide pictures (rather than tall)
laying down on _PLACE_, falling on floor - seems to improve the "just fell all over the place" look
long neck - works as advertised
barefoot, holding _THING_, _COLOR_ hair - can keep people coherent when the weight is high
noodle arms, noodle legs - seems to have an effect. Too high a weight and you get actual noodles, though.
tangled - trained in but I didn't find it useful myself
stretched - seems to have a bit of an effect
strewn about - seems to increase noodlage
transforming - seems to increase coherence
