Another one i thought was failed but turned out alright so sharing, especially since it seems this character was never done outside of a character pack in 1.5. May do more characters in this series if the interest is there and no one else does all the other more popular characters.
Base - long hair, hair ornament, green eyes, blue hair, pointy ears,
Base Outfit - dress, white dress,
Edit: made a 1.5 SD version since it was requested. Didnt test it out much, should work fine on most anime best models though.
