Attempt #3 at a character Lora for Chiyoda from Kantai Collection. Attempt #1 was eh, attempt #2 consistently resulted in NSFW outside of her default outfit.
#3 is still not perfect (I couldn't find enough art to make her raincoat and yukata outfits consistent, and for some reason the back part of her headband has fused with her hair), so if you'd like to be better please do! It's what happened with the tuscaloosa lora at least lol, coincidentally or not.
