Based mostly on Lil Washu so she is typically small, try adding medium or large breasts for more mature results. Also it seems like I need to retrain in the future, if you use open mouth you will experience strange tongue results, try to add tongue or tongue out to negative prompt.
To produce similar results I recommend EasyNegative, this negative embedding was used in the sample images. I'm also using Clip Skip 2 and hires fix.
