Teeth can be a little bit tricky, it's quite easy to get muddy or distorted face if your canvas size is small; however, the problem can be resolved rather easily with upscale, hire fix or inpaint.

Attack titan is quite good at punching due to inclusion in the data, so you can include punching in the prompt if you want a more dynamic pose; it is possible to generate armor on fist which you can also include in the prompt, but this is rather unstable for now, I will probably work on that in future.
