Why i set commercial use None to this models: for you more think that you do, if you create merch like dakimakuras with it(characters from anime) and place it on some internet markets ofcourse you can get problems from those who own the rights to the title, and with what I see, it really seems to me that many do not understand this. Using it to create fanart or doujinshi is most likely acceptable (and even then with reservations given the new news about AI regulation in Japan), but merch is definitely not allowed.
